Employee Centric Space
The overall renovation goal was to create a centralized and shared employee floor that had space for activities and amenities, not just office space.
The floor included a Tech Table for IT support, Fresh Market with Grab and Go, Café Spaces, Concierge Office, and lots of meeting spaces from open to private. The floor also incorporated an Active Area that had a Foosball Table and Walking Treadmill Stations, as well as a New Mother’s Suite.
Lighting + Color
Designers utilized LightArt's unique shade material, 3form's Varia, to create a gradient that subtly transitions throughout the floor.
The material color variations signified the type of space from bright yellows and greens in the more active areas, moving into blues as you enter a quiet workspace or collaboration zones.
