Small Light, Serious Work: Introducing Radielle
Introducing Radielle, a compact-format pendant collection designed for the spaces in between: the restaurant dining table, the hotel guestroom desk, the conference breakout table, the reception point. LightArt is best known for expansive sculptural fixtures that anchor a room — Radielle takes that same design sensibility and scales it down without scaling back what the light can do.
Radielle draws on the purpose-driven minimalism championed by designers like Jasper Morrison and Naoto Fukasawa — work that favors intention over ornament. The collection leans on balanced geometry, additive craft, and tactile simplicity rather than decoration. Even the name is a play on "radius," a nod to the circular proportions at the heart of the design.
There are four silhouettes — sphere, teardrop, cone, and pill — each available in small and large sizes, plus a Candlestick pendant system offered in two diameters and multiple lengths. Specify them individually, run them in repeated sequences, or gather them into larger ceiling compositions.
Because the shapes stay deliberately streamlined, color carries the personality. The standard palette runs 15 options deep: deep neutrals like Obsidian and Slate, saturated hues like Rust, Crimson, and Spruce, and soft naturals including Sand and Parchment. A single shade repeated creates calm and cohesion; a mix turns playful.
Every shade is 3D printed in-house with 90% molecularly recycled PETG, taking Radielle the newest addition to LightArt's growing portfolio of additive-manufactured fixtures alongside the Somari and Coil collections.
Compact doesn't mean compromised. Each pendant comes in 30°, 54°, or 78° beam distributions, with color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K, 80 or 90 CRI, and a warm-dimming option. The collection works with 0–10V, TRIAC, and ELV dimming, with low-voltage PoE and an integrated emergency-battery option also available.
Rounding out each fixture: adjustable suspension, PVC-free black or white cord, and a TGIC-free powder-coated canopy. Standard components carry a five-year warranty.
Rated for dry or damp indoor locations, Radielle gives designers a cohesive lighting approach across commercial environments — café banquettes, workplace lounges, hotel guestrooms, reception areas.
