Done Deal
Strategic use of warm-toned and dimmable lighting can create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, while highlighting key features like the bar area, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Background: Done Deal is a cocktail bar and lounge in the atrium of Republic Plaza, known for being the tallest high-rise in downtown Denver. The sole hospitality space within the building's lobby draws in the building staff and patrons in the nearby business district.
The expansive bar space allows for comfortable bar top seating, with adjacent jewel-toned furniture adding a sleek and modern space to relax.
The Solution: The lighting solution had to match Done Deal's design scheme and brand goals while accompanying the overall lobby space.
Designers at Page Southerland Page and the lighting team at HLB Lighting Design came to LightArt to create tall, at 24"H, singular minimalistic tube-like pendants. They chose both matte black and metallic gold casings to add depth and dimension to the pendants as they encircle the bar at cascading lengths. The overall lighting solution supports the sophisticated and innovative quality of the bar and brand.
