Desert Agave Sculpture
Overview
The Desert Agave for Clardy Fox Library was a true collaboration with El Paso artist Adrian Lopez and LightArt.
Drawing inspiration the surrounding landscape, Mr. Lopez wanted to bring the Agave plants unique shapes and colors inside and create a spectacular sculpture for visits to experience.
The custom sculpture was built using colorful hand-formed shapes, assembled to form an agave plant with flowering column and emanating downward in to the public space.
