Ribbon Sculpture Restoration

In 2009 LightArt was commissioned to create a custom linear ribbon sculpture for Seattle law office Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP.

By introducing organic, flowing shapes, materials with texture and soft color-ways, LightArt provided the creative lighting application that the designers were looking for – an elegant solution to a unique problem.

Cut to 2018 the law firm has outgrown their space, and are moving to a new location. Their design team at Jack Emick Design came to LightArt to help deinstall, clean, upgrade lighting, and reinstall the sculpture in Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro's new space.

LightArt project Manager Katie Cheetham, with artisan's James Coury, Nick VanStander, and Tyson White were on hand to guide the sculpture from start to finish.
